Prizes for Volunteers

You have your fingers on the keyboard or pen on the page in only 1 of the 6 stages of the creative process. So what do you do to move your writing project forward when you’re in the other 5 stages?

Find out at the FREE 2-hour class Six Stages to Successfully Complete the Creative Process at the Chanhassen Library on November 23. The first 8 writers who volunteer in this interactive and fun class will have their choice of creativity boosting prizes. For more details go to the library’s event page and scroll down.

The FREE 2-hour class Please Don’t Feed the Saboteur class at the Chanhassen Library on December 14 is for you if you’ve ever struggled with self-criticism, avoided writing to protect yourself from rejection or talked yourself out of writing “because I need a break” or “I don’t know where to start.” For more details go to the library’s event page and scroll down.

You’ll find more details about 2014 classes on the Events page. I hope to see you at a class soon! When you’re there, please let me know you follow my blog.

If you appreciate BaneOfYourResistance.com and think other writers should know about it, please consider nominating it as one of the Top Ten Blogs for Writers. Thanks!
